Who we are

Who decides how your data is used.

This notice is for spandsp.com, the website of SP & SP Services. SP & SP Services is the trade name of SP AND SP SERVICE LLP (LLPIN ACU-0464), Gurugram, Haryana (“SP & SP”, “we”, “us”).

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data you give us through this website. For anything about your personal data, write to [email protected].

What we collect

What you type into our form, and a little technical data.

What you give us

When you send an enquiry, we receive:

• your name, mobile number and city, and your email address if you give it;
• what you need: a loan, IT work, business funding, staff, a job, an event or something else;
• the details you choose to add for that kind of enquiry, for example the type of loan and the range of the amount, the IT services you are interested in, your company and sector, the roles you want to fill, or the role you are looking for;
• your message;
• your choices on the consent boxes, including whether you want occasional updates from us.

What we receive automatically

• the date and time of your enquiry and the IP address it was sent from, which are added to the enquiry email so that we can spot misuse;
• standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, such as IP addresses, pages requested, browser type and dates, used to keep this website secure and working.

Why we use it

To answer you, and for nothing you haven’t asked for.

• to call or write back about your enquiry;
• to provide the service you asked about, such as a quote, a project, a staffing plan or a loan application;
• for a loan, to share your details with the lender we name to you, and only if you agree;
• to send you occasional updates, only if you tick that box; you can stop them at any time;
• to keep this website and our inboxes secure, and to stop spam;
• to meet our legal obligations, for example keeping tax and accounting records for paid work.

We use your data on the basis of the consent you give in the form and, where the law allows it, for certain legitimate uses such as meeting a legal obligation. We do not make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

A lender only with your consent. No one else for their own use.

For a loan enquiry

With your consent, we share the details in your enquiry only with the bank or NBFC we have named to you, so that it can evaluate your loan request. That lender may check your credit report, and it handles your data under its own privacy policy. We never send your details to a lender you have not agreed to.

For an event or artist enquiry

Events are delivered with our group companies, White and Black Entertainment and Parasvi Events. If one of them is the right company for your enquiry, we tell you first and share it only with your agreement.

With the providers who run our website and email

Our hosting and email providers store and carry data for us, as our processors. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

When the law requires it

We may disclose data when the law requires us to, for example under a court order or a lawful request from a government authority.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

As long as your enquiry needs, then deleted.

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. When they are no longer needed, we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them for longer, for example tax and accounting records for paid work.

If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data, we delete it, except for anything the law requires us to keep. If you asked for updates, we keep your contact details for that purpose until you unsubscribe.

Cookies and other websites

No tracking cookies, and nothing loaded from other websites.

• This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking, and it sets no tracking cookies.
• When you send the enquiry form, our server sets one session cookie. It is used only to stop repeated enquiries being sent within a minute, and it expires when you close your browser.
• If you close the fraud notice at the top of the page, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.
• We do not embed videos, maps or social-media posts. Every font, image and script on this website is served from spandsp.com itself.
• Links to other websites, such as our group companies, the RBI or government portals, take you to sites that have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

See it, correct it, delete it, or change your mind.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us:

• for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, how we use it, and who we have shared it with;
• to correct, complete or update it;
• to delete it, except for anything the law requires us to keep;
• to stop using it, by withdrawing your consent at any time. Withdrawing is as easy as giving it: write to [email protected]. It does not affect what we did before you withdrew;
• to let someone you nominate exercise these rights for you if you die or are unable to;
• to hear and answer a grievance about how we have handled your data.

Write from the email address, or mention the mobile number, that you used with us, so that we can confirm it is you. If we have already shared your details with a lender at your request, that lender holds its own copy under its own privacy policy. We will tell you which lender it is, so that you can contact it too.

Security and children

Kept safe, and kept to the people who need it.

• This website is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, so what you type into the form is encrypted on its way to us.
• Enquiries are read only by the people at SP & SP who need them to answer you.
• We will never ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV or password.
• If a personal data breach affects you, we will tell you and the Data Protection Board of India, as the law requires.

Children

This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us their details, write to [email protected] and we will delete them.

We acknowledge every request or complaint within 2 working days and respond within 15 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. For complaints about anything else, see grievance redressal.

Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
