Grievance redressal

If something isn’t right, tell us.

Every complaint goes to our Grievance Redressal Officer. We acknowledge it within 2 working days and respond within 15 days. For a loan, you can also take it to the lender, and then to the RBI.

How to raise a complaint

Three steps, all in writing.

What you send us is used only to look into your complaint.

  1. You

    Write to us

Email [email protected] with the details listed under “What to include”. Put “Complaint” and your name in the subject line.

  2. Within 2 working days

    We acknowledge it

We confirm in writing that your complaint has reached the Grievance Redressal Officer.

  3. Within 15 days

    We respond

We reply in writing with what we found and what happens next. Not satisfied? Use the escalation ladder below.

What to include

  • Your name, and the mobile number or email you used with us
  • What happened, with dates
  • What it is about: a loan, IT work, staffing, an event or something else
  • For a loan: the lender’s name, and your application or loan account number if you have one
  • Copies or screenshots of any messages, emails or receipts
  • What you would like us to do

Never send your OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV or passwords. We will never ask for them.

Escalation ladder

For a loan, three levels.

Start with us, or go to the lender directly at any time. If the lender does not resolve your complaint within 30 days, you can complain to the RBI under its Integrated Ombudsman Scheme.

  1. Level one · SP & SP

    Our Grievance Redressal Officer

We acknowledge within 2 working days and respond within 15 days, for every service we offer.

  2. Level two · The lender

    The lender’s grievance officer

For a loan, the lender remains responsible for resolving complaints. Its grievance officer’s details are on its website and in its loan documents.

  3. Level three · RBI

    The RBI Ombudsman

If the lender rejects your complaint, you are not satisfied with its reply, or it doesn’t reply within 30 days, complain online under the RBI’s Integrated Ombudsman Scheme.

For IT work, staffing or events, our Grievance Redressal Officer handles your complaint from start to finish. You remain free to use any other remedy available to you under the law.
