Loan applications are facilitated to our partner banks and NBFCs, which assess them under their own credit policies. Sanction, amount, interest rate, fees and terms are decided solely by the lender. Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee approval. We never ask for any upfront fee to ‘approve’ a loan.

No. SP AND SP SERVICE LLP is a registered LLP based in Gurugram, Haryana. It does not lend money or accept deposits. For loans, we work as a channel partner of RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs, and those lenders assess, approve, price and disburse every loan.
We work with RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. Before your application goes anywhere, we tell you the name of the lender it will go to, and you deal with that lender directly.
We will never ask you to pay money to us or to any individual to get a loan approved. If we do separate consulting work for you, such as a project report, the fee is agreed in writing before we start and is never linked to loan approval. The lender’s own processing fee, if any, appears in the lender’s Key Facts Statement and is paid only to the lender.
No. Approval, amount, interest rate and terms are decided only by the lender, under its own credit policy. We help you choose suitable options, prepare a complete application and follow up.
Business loans, working capital, loan against property, project and construction finance, trade (import and export) finance, and personal loans. What is available to you depends on the lender and your profile.
Usually KYC (PAN and Aadhaar), recent bank statements and income proof, and for a business, GST or Udyam registration and financial statements. Secured loans also need property or asset papers. The lender sets the final list. We don’t collect documents through this website, and we will never ask for your OTP, PIN or passwords.
It depends on the lender, the type of loan and how complete your documents are. After the first call we give you a realistic timeline and keep you updated.
We invest our own capital selectively, as a strategic partner, in businesses we believe in. Send a short proposal through the enquiry form. We don’t charge any fee to review it, there is no obligation on either side, and we never take money from the public.
